Last Wednesday our Mental Health Community Support Service (MHCSS) in Bendigo Victoria, held their official launch. Aftercare, Life Without Barriers and Care Connect have formed a unique partnership to deliver a best practice service utilising the skills and experience of each organisation, and have been running this service since August 2014.
