Aftercare has NDIS staff in the Hunter NSW and Margaret River WA NDIS trial sites available to help individuals, families and carers every step of the way.We work with you to achieve your needs and goals to enable you to live as independently as possible.

Our supports are tailored to our clients and vary from location to location across Australia. The list of things we can assist with will continue to grow depending on our client’s needs. Here are a few:

Support to engage in community, social and recreational activities

Assistance with self-care activities

Coordination of Supports is Assistance to implement and coordinate the supports in your plan including helping you to find and choose a service provider
