Aftercare and Lithgow TAFE held a ‘Be YOUnique’ themed event last week to celebrate Mental Health Month. A free barbecue was held in Cook Street Plaza to help raise awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health and mental heath issues. The day was a great success & made the local paper.
